LED Light Therapy
I have been a huge fan of LED light therapy for a few years now for it’s ability to stimulate collagen and elastin production, reduce inflammation and accelerate the healing process. It very much supports my non-ablative and non-invasive ethos to treating the skin; by working with the skin to encourage it’s own natural healing process.
What is LED light therapy used for?
Red Light therapy is used for skin rejuvenation, to reduce inflammation, and to improve healing, for example, post-microneedling or in conjunction with medical grade facials.
Blue light therapy is used to improve acne blemishes, cystic acne and prevent breakouts by killing the acne-causing bacteria.
LED light therapy is a safe, painless and effective way of stimulating collagen and elastin production, without any side effects & is an effective treatment for all skin types, including problematic, hypersensitive and rosacea skin.
